PET FIRST AID Course In association with the American Red Cross, MHS will offer this course at least 4 times a year. Classes will be held at the Maui Humane Society, located on Mokulele Highway. This website will advertise offerings on the Welcome page. You can sign-up online, by phone, or in person. Cost is only $45 plus $12.95 for the required book. Students must be at least 16 years old. About the Course: Will you know what to do when your pet needs help? Your pet depends on you for his or her well-being. In addition to providing daily care, love, and affection, your best friend depends on you in an emergency. Whether your pet becomes ill or injured, or needs help in a disaster, the Maui Humane Society and American Red Cross can help. The 3-hour Pet First Aid course teaches you emergency care procedures for cats and dogs and provides tips for keeping your pet happy and healthy too. The course is taught by certified instructors.
